Hi Lootie,

My first post here. I hold PZG and TRGD both. Much about Paramount has been posted on TRGD board due to their relationship.

Now TRGD stands to gain from PZG's success without further expense.

As it now stands, Paramount is free to proceed on it's own.

First priority is to prove resources. Progress is ongoing and shows great results.

At some point in this process, XYZ Deep pocket, will say, We want those resources. Paramount will likely say, since we can't afford the expense of bring this to production, Let's sell.

Question is, When and How much.
