Yep. I agree. I try not to say it too much, but I do try to state that stocks are dynamic, and that is one factor that makes them dynamic. HFBV is probably doing what they can for now short of shooting the MM's.

I just remembered more of the naked shorting article and the advice to companies, change you name and ticker so shares have to be accounted for, this happened just before HFBV was put on the threshold list. also change your issuer, yep they did that too. and one more, consider a merger, again so the shares get accounted for. this is definitly a very possible explanation (one of a few) for the AH shares, just trade them around between a couple of houses so they don't have to be covered.

87, I disagree on this being a text book NSS. I have done a ton of reading on NSS and there is one HUGE problem with this being NSS. The SP never goes below .005. If 'they' were NSS this thing it would be much much lower. The goal of the NSSers is to drive the company out of business. If this was classic NSS we would see selling well below .005.
