deadheded, every time some one brings up naked shorting we get this reponse from you, you KNOW it was on the threshold list (rule####) for sure there was naked shorting, we just don't know to what extent.
I did not say for sure that they had been lately, but it is a common thing that they do, and they shorted it heavily last spring before the big pop. have no reason to believe that they have not continued with some of their usual playing around w/ the stock.
