Yes. It is true that Jason and I have had some emails going back and forth in the last week.

After several of those emails, Jason did call and leave me a voice mail asking me to call him back at my earliest convenience.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to call him back as of yet, due to my hectic work schedule and the death of my uncle.

I have to work on Thursday but I do plan to call Jason on Friday.

It is also very true that if Jason does hire me for consultation or any other capacity with Market 99, I will step down as the moderator of this board.

I think that it is very important for all investors to realize that even if all of the above happens, it will clearly take time to iron out all the current legal issues that Market 99 is facing at this time before we can move forward on opening more stores.

EDIT: If all the above happens, I do not think that I would stop posting on this board, even if I were no longer the moderator here. I doubt that I would ever post anything here that would ever be construed as any "insider information" here.

In other words...

I would not want to accept any position with Market 99 that would make me fear posting publicly any of my PERSONAL thoughts are, so long as they do not conflict with any SEC "RULES".
