We've answered that question a million times, theres market manipulation going on in the stock. It all depends where you order was roted to. If it was NITE, he may just ignore your order like he has others and fill lower priced ones. We've seen others have the same problem, and one called his broker who told him NITE doesn't have to fill it. That's why we've been reporting the issues to the SEC and the NASD.

500 K shares is a big order for this stock. Shares are very tight. I'm not surprised they gave you a small fill and then let it sit.

IMO you would have a better chance of getting shares by placing smaller orders.

Where does a bear go in a woods? Just about anywhere he wants. You would think that would be an easy naked short. Wrong not now. When it is you will get a fill.
