Hi, no the only thing I know about it is from Rootsweb, something W2P posted here a while back about "patterns of chromosomal segment ancestry", as well as the putative project (also mentioned here) to "determine if the Chinese discovered America" - that is, by 'dating' the EA admixture in NAMs, to see if it dates back to ~500 years ago.
I really don't know any other details, except to speculate that the 'dating' project and the PCSA stuff probably involves 'linkage disequilibrium' (also mentioned in a link that Mingwan posted here I think a couple of weeks ago from a textbook on admixture).
LD can be formed by admixture, and becomes diluted with time.
That's all I know.
I wonder though, how much admixture is needed before it is 'dated.?' I am skpeticla that ~1-3% can be 'dated.'
