I'll be happy if it stays at 12...but I really don't want one of those runaways into the close....it just seems to act just like a gap...this last 2 days has been a nice gentle rise in the PPS...nothing to make anybody scared and crazy...just our pps beginning to climb like it did before back in May...I am really happy with it going this slow turtle way....lolol...Lindy
