Good Sunday Morning. Fair question. Lack of volume is the downside I currently see. The last two weeks of volume are better than the previous 2 weeks and I expect that trend to continue into and through the closing. The good news is that there is something that can be done to help increase volume and bring additional attention to the stock. 1) The company can put out a press release and update the shareholders and public of the status of the 3yr GAAP audit and closing. And they could host an Investors Conference Call and answer questions. Both of which would likely give the company much needed "buzz." 2) As vested shareholders, we can help spread the word and ask others to put RTGV on their watch list. Of course we can also provide stronger bid support & buy more shares on the ASK and push the PPS up. :-)
I don't have enough information on the company to make other judgments but that should all change soon.
