Did anyone read the ESYM 10Q? Did anyone notice the new debt of $43 million in their account? GERS filed an NT like SWVC. I wonder why? This is getting interesting.

THEORY: What if that $43 million is actually the $43 million KK owes YA for GERS(Agri Fuels)? THAT would pay off YA and NOW TS can claim his portion of Agri. CAUSE, TS could not get what he has coming until YA is paid, I think. SO GERS will be debt free as far as their portion to YA, TS gets his portion, and maybe we finally get a biofuel company or portion of it. Just wondering.

Nobody has ever questioned the business model; other than how much growth is there in retail. However, what everyone has questioned is how LYING TOM has misled shareholders into turning over their funds to build his new empire. It all started with claiming lawyers misread the fine print so his buddy could get millions of our money for the worthless shell!!! In the end, LYING TOM and friends could be very rich while shareholders hold a miniscule amount of shares that will by then be reversed and DILUTED to death!!!

And the proof? All of the business acquisitions and PRs has led to nothing but DOWN DOWN DOWN DOWN and all the secret squirell stuff in the world will not move this POS now!!!
