this is a scam then I personally would not understand why they would file these documents.

Well I think there is a very good reason for filing the 8-k's.

Now mind you, I have only read one. However the 8-k was on how they computed NAV. If you were to take the PR by itself, I believe they could get popped for false and misleading by stating the valuation of the company as they did.

However in conjunction with the PR, they filed the 8-K. The 8-K describes the methodology in which the NAV came about. They used faulty theory as to the valuation which would not hold in "real life" and hence "bogus" valuation. Many would call this a "scam".

What we have here then is a bogus PR backed up by a bogus 8-K valuation that when combined may save them from a civil charge of false and misleading.

Sure the 8-K is not a financial and requires no auditors seal of approval. My take then is that the SEC filings are to keep them from brushing with the law while they continue to do what they do. The filings certainly do not serve to give validity to what they are doing other than "they file with the SEC". It would be interesting to see how this plays out with other PR's verses the 8-K's.

Would anyone care to offer their opinion that may differ from mine?
