Because in GREAT part the MID's will compete with the likes of Sprint's Instinct and Apples iPhone's of this world. Then depending on the amount of produced models that don't ALL carry ONEV! Why don't you get the VAST amount of technological alternatives that are coming out!! How many will carry ONEV and how many that DO carry ONEV will sell compared to alternatives.
