well I would still think for the preferred holders they would like to see the PPS at a higher level...with that Carol has as much guaranteed us no r/s until fundamentals are there to support it....maybe you can remind her of that....I'm tapped out...thanks for your thoughts and don't be such the "London stranger" :)
