I cannot believe that it is yours, a shareholder, and especially Peter's answer (I've heard him say this too) to dissatisfied shareholders concerns is to sell (so that he won't have to listen to the negative reviews he has created). TRUST ME, you do NOT want us all to heed this advise and sell. Your stock would be worth nada!!

Shareholders selling as a response to the issue reflects no ACCOUNTABILITY!! Peter is the CEO, and his job is to EFFECTIVELY run this company...which includes meeting (at least 1) of the objectives HE SETS for a year, and building a CREDIBLE company (which you cannot achieve if you are CONTINUALLY telling your shareholders something to keep them invested, but NEVER delivering, not even once!)

Additionally, we are tired of the excuse that SunnComm cannot close a deal due to the labels not being ready.
1. It is part of any sales manager's job (regardless if the company is a Pink or a Nasdaq stock) to accurately forecast "obtainable" sales quotas for the year (this forecast takes into account the client's/markets readiness).
2. It was PETER who not only made this forecast to shareholders he was trying to entice and/or keep invested, but he continually REINFORCED the sales objectives.
3. It is never an excuse for a sales rep/or manager to blame no sales on the customers! That is the difference between an order taker and a true salesman...CLOSING THE DEAL!!

Peter, and the posters who like to gloss over Peter's poor management thus far, and accountability for his poor performance in delivering his objectives for last year (with now an almost 2 quarter extension)...Solve the "true" problem!!!
How? It's simple! Achieve something NOW that you have promised the longs for so long.
Like What?
1. Announce at least 1 BIG major now (do not be foolish enough to think that you can string shareholders along until the shareholders meeting, without it having a very negative impact)!!
2. Announce an advancement with our technology/product. SecureBurn, DVD, patents etc.
3. File as promised.
4. Show the 1 million in revenue Peter touted last winter.

You will then have the happy posts, and great reviews, that you want to see Peter & Co. If you elect not to because you are unable to, then as Sting said to us, grow up! Accept the accountability for the consequences of YOUR actions (lack thereof).

P.S. Regarding the dissatisfaction remark due to the pps dropping a tenth, PLEASE!! Shareholders are not upset over a penny or two. We're upset over a 50% loss and no advancement regarding achieving objectives in over 8 months!!!
