even if it was a rejected offer that'd be some decent news; but there has to be detail, there has to be something of substance especially about what matters and that is ltdi's operations. The business itself is in question here, how many boats? how much revenue? what are the ultimate reasons for moving into a new warehouse. For being featured in the hotboat magazine in june, this has quickly turned in a POS.
I thought someone said there would be enough PR's for two weeks. The way I see it is there are enough questions that could make for one juicy detailed PR. End of question.

If it was rejected, I think it would be interesting to see what the offer was. I would like to see this because it will give us some idea of what Orlando and Carolina think the company is worth. The question will be whether we multiply the offer amount times 5bln or 2bln shares to come up with the approximate value of the deal that they turned down.
