I would speculate that the bastrop has not been hooked up yet because TNOG does not have a pipeline to hook up too. That has all along been the delay. Once a pipeline is available Im sure we will get some sort of promo on it.
And well Kern Country... It may or may not have oil reserves there, assuming it does, IMO its going to take a JV or capital to get that project going, drill/ re work etc the wells, and we all know TNOG is a LITTLE short on cash reserves.
But with the new acquisitions it looks like they may have some cash or assets to leverage against.
This is all IMO, just seems common sense too me.
