Interesting article this morning regarding Copper...

Citi sees higher copper price on supply pinch

Investment bank Citi sharply increased its copper price forecasts for the next two years on Monday, citing a larger-than-expected shortfall in supplies ahead.

Citi forecast copper to average $5/lb in 2009, up from an earlier forecast of $3.50 a pound, and $5.50/lb in 2010 versus $3/lb in its previous forecast, it said in a report.

I was looking at the Kitco graph in the Ibox. It looks like the Copper warehouse stock level is at a low point since May.
BTW, the Ibox is off kilter and a bit hard to navigate. A prior Ibox can be restored by using the "IBox Version History" at the bottom of the Editor's Box.

Can you clarify your comment ... the "legitimate" bills?

"...if they get the LT financing they will pay ALL outstanding legitimate bills... "
