Unless this next one just blows away what they have now I don't see .25 as a possibility. The question is do they have the orders for a third and if so when could they get it up. I do think once they have the second mill in place a third would be easier since they just went through the process. At the same time I don't think any of us have any real visibility to how much demand for arcoplate specifically exists right now. Could they sell 60 million a year if they had capacity? I'm not sure but I think we will get a clue when we see how fast mill 2 ramps up to full capacity. If they are running 2 full shifts by EOY than its pretty reasonable to think demand exists for more product beyond that.
