I disaggree, What was Lehman brothers High this year? and they are now in need of funds huh? Gee how hard is it to be honest about a position and then "mark to market"? Its time for the off balance sheet business to become a white collar crime with harsh penalities, caning etc.......

DOing convertible finincing at a premium. (ONEV's is at a discount only difference, a large one...) So how is 20 to 30% decline in the face of 15% dillution not relatively stable?

The only ONEV price declines have been on manipulation, plain and simple. Nothing has changed and when the 8k's start appearing we will all see how truly undervalued ONEV is here at these prices today.
