MOBL: WHY THE PRICE WILL BE $70:
HERE IS THE DD:
Mobile pro is in position to develope VOIP and related software and hardware for conversion of the computer to wireless operation and to facilitate the phone plugged into the wireless computer. This would allow them to charge a nominal fee, one fee for everything, internet and phone thereby reducing the overall bill considerably. If they were to recieve $30 per subscriber and had a million subscribers out of say 100 million potential that alone would be $360 million dollars of revenue a year. If they were to achieve the entire potential we would be looking at $36 billion dollars per year of revenue. Assuming 20% profitability versus sales that gives a profit of 7.2 billion dollars say in 5 years. If the stock shares outstanding grows to one billion then the eps is 7. A relatively low multiple of trading of 10 times eps is 70 at which point or a higher stock price they might split 2 for one and double your shares which would quickly go back to the equilibrium point of $70 per share. At this point your 10,000 shares in 5 years has become firstly $700,000 and upon split you have 20,000 shares, technically adding up to the same value. As they go up your share value may double to 1.4 million. Now returning to the low multiple of trading. If that were to double or quadruple as is also quite normal you may realize a value of up to $5,000,000 or so assuming you hold all those shares all those years without even a twitch of your eyelid. I bet very few do but you could set some aside as non touchables. The more likely scenario depressing as it may seem is that a bigger company seeing the progress will attempt to buy out at a nominal fee of $1 per share this year. It might be a hostile attempt. If it gets to this point we should join together and vote AGAINST any buy out unless the company says otherwise with good reasoning. Sorry if any of my numbers may be off and quite speculative but it does lend perspective to potential and guess what, I never even got into the potential value of the HARDWARE for conversion. Never mind product developments along the way like wristwatch computer phones. I see this as potentially bigger than Microsoft.
