Let Me start By Saying that This Statement is 100% Just My Humble Opinion:

lets keep in mind that the Primary reason for an IR is to Boost Investor awareness (Get More folks to Buy) so the PPS goes up and they can Make More money selling Shares, Maybe they dont need to sell anymore right now and ET's price was higher then they wanted to pay.. If You remember when questioned (by Someone) Brian stated that they hadnt yet settled on a price yet.. I think Chad let the cat out of the bag to early before they had everything setup ..
