ahhhh Traderfan...there are many ways to deliver good news before during and after a SHM, depending on the stage of the deal(s).
The real point I was making is that solid good news is exactly what long term investors need right about now!! Especially concerning signed deals...I'll leave the exact method of delivery up to Spooz/Paul.

Don't see why you can't pre-announce or announce news at a SM. It's done all the time.
