So IF the company is selling treasury shares,

that would have been up to 198 million shares, right? There were only 198M out of the 500M authorized shares left to sell into the market. If you add up the high volume flat to down price days in the last year, it would seem like they are probably out of O/S shares to sell into the market. The dilution would have been up to 40% of the market cap. And the capital raised may have been/ will be used to build purification units. IF there is a stationary unit contract and a couple of mobile unit contracts, it was money well spent. Positive cash flow COULD be around the corner- BIG positive cash flow and profit. But, I can still see why old shareholders would be MAD and new shareholders would not. It is a matter of timing?
