I can't argue with that. Of course it should have been on time, at least going by the date given on the extension. Who knows what else Dr. M is grappling with right now. It's probably like doing your taxes, it's just one of those things you know you have to do but, damn it, you'd rather do anything but. We'll just have to see how it plays out. He really needs to have that done and available this week.
