icurnonittwo, remember now. Dewey increased AS to cover

Series A preferred share conversions to common shares. Series A were intended for Coin Wash Associates financing. Coin Wash never grew like Dewey implied it would. In fact, Dewey shut down operations months after starting the business. That was a very strange move. Was supposed to be very profitable if I remember correctly.
