Spot on, Manti. As one of the company officials told me - it's nutty when a critic makes dots out of pinheads, then connects them in illogical ways to form a ludicrous conclusion.
Manti...he was on Antonov's BOD, correct? Wouldn't that give him a front row seat to the co's dealings?
Also....he was the CFO....CFO.....of Antonov for the past three years. That's a pretty high position in the company.
I am not badmouthing our new VP....simply stating facts regarding his history. I most sincerely hope he has a plan of action with ERHC (and I believe he does) that will give him tons of credibility going forward.
David Bovell Non-Executive Director
David Bovell, 48, joined the Board of Antonov in August 2003. He is a Chartered Accountant, having spent the early part of his career as a management consultant and corporate finance executive. He established Green Corporate Finance in 1992 where he initiated the Group’s listing on the London Stock Exchange in 1995 and subsequently undertook a number of fund-raising exercises for Antonov plc.
Since the year end, David Bovell has reverted to his previous role as a non-executive Director, having ably been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company for the last three years. I would like to thank David, not only for his stewardship of the business during this time but also his personal involvement in fundraising.
