Well, if anyone knows how to file, it would be the CEO, a securities lawyer with plenty of experience.

Obviously, my main concern is the share structure, but I have been wondering about this whole warrant issue, too.

Things could get very interesting here, but I will contain my excitement until I know better what is going on.

When one looks at some of the other members of the management team, one sees a whole lot of potential that could be brought to the table as well.

In their PR they said that they were going to remain a non-reporting company and are not going to make filings to the SEC.

Too bad.
