For a month OG? Try more like around 8-9 months. In that time I've maybe seen 2 positive posts from him. Old is an understatement. Like I've asked before, "Who has the delete power. Start using it." Repetative posts are a violation I believe. Time to start enforcing. I'm glad I scipped about 80% of the posts today.
