As for the ESA, I thought you were a member? Shows how credible you are. Why bring this up? Is this your only defense? Your the joke buddy. Sorry I defended you at all. The others are right. Go crawl away. Your arguments are all wrong, try again. I'm not pumping. I'm telling you your a joke. Deal with it.

chris, i couldn't agree more. also let me add that if what rogel is doing is not a direct violation of reg. f.d. then it is an attemt to skirt around it. either tom hughes approves of what rogel is doing and is a foolish accomplice in trying to prop up the price or rogel is doing this against toms' wishes in order to increase the value of his own considerable holdings. either scenario is reprehensible. these guys never learn. or is it us?

ChrisB - this is how professional they are..

Thursday 12/7 or 12/14 a friend of mine called the
ECNC office and was told everyone was in a meeting or
soemthing like that.. He raised hell about the pads,
the dealines etc etc.. and was then "pacified" with the
comment: "cashpads are being delievered and a PR out tomorrow",
no name, no nothing, but he was given that piece of information just calling the office..

I could not believe it when he told me, but I do, and it re-a
affirmed what I already believed to be true.. The company and
its employees show NO regard for rules or regulations, IMHO,
and they're only a hair away from being halted again and being permanently shut down this time.. Just IMHO, but it just makes
NO SENSE what they're doing, and I think Chris and MIDAS brings
up some very good points, including Rogel's postings and those
of Clinton Wongs..

What is UP with this company?
