Please be advised that NASDAQ has received the necessary documentation to process the Name change for Am-Tex Oil & Gas Inc.
This corporate action will take effect at the open of business 4/21/2008.
The new symbol issued is conflicting with a symbol listed on the NYSE, so the revised new symbol will be CPOR in lieu of CPRR effective for Monday, April 21st.
