stay liquid, cut your losses and move on quickly. as you see here at AIS we move through many swingtrades a day, so stay excited its gets better for ya. tomorrow is another day to succeed and change your life ;- ))) we are a family here and we really do care about each other sooooo if you have a question about anything don't hesitate to ask...even if your contemplating on entering a trade or not..whatever it may be, someone is here to help you out. keep your chin up ;- )))

There isn't a trader on any message board that hasn't had losing days.
When you do it seems like all you read about is the ones making bank.
I know the feeling.

Think of it this way.
You only read about the lottery winner correct?
How many times do you read about the massive amount of lottery losers?
You don't.

Well, in trading there is more winners than just one lottery winner.
Yet, same concept.
How many days do you read posts like yours?
Not very often.
Yet, that doesn't mean there wasn't a lot of losing trades today.
Hang in there and keep learning.
