If we don't see a new license soon, then the company will have to put out an 8-K saying that the "sideways license", which was "back on track" as of the last CC, is back to being "sideways".

I too would like to read some theories as to how these particular four officers, with their diverse responsibilites, earned the 3/20/08 awards shown below:

Scott McQuilkin, CFO, 5,000 shares (approx $97,300)
Steven Sprecher, General Counsel & Gov't Affairs, 5,000 shares ($97,300)
James Nolan, Exec VP Engineering, 3,000 shares ($58,380)
Janet Point, Exec VP Comms. & Investor Rels., 3,000 shares ($58,340)

I'm NOT questioning targeted awards of this magnitude, just curious as to what circumstances or event(s) prompted them.

Would anyone care to speculate?
