If there was any "buyback" it happened already. no chance of them letting the price get up this far and paying triple of what it was last week (.0001) if a buyback hasnt happened yet, dont plan on one ever happening..... their chance has passed....now its too expensive to make any significant dent in the amount of shares here.
and for further reference, they never said they ARE going to do one, they said they intend to do one.....which leaves a window open for them to bail on the "buyback".
For the last time to all savy and novice to HCPC. The company WILL NOT tell us AS they are/begin to buy back shares. It's a LEGAL issue folks. Unless you want your executives hauled into court. Go to the SEC site & look up the info on buybacks, duh. MHO - RTB
