CORAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwire - March 20, 2008) - Banx and Green Group Inc. announced today that Rick Papaleo resigned his position as President.

The company thanked Mr. Papaleo for his brief service and both parties mutually decided that Mr. Papaleo should resign as President.

"I believe that this is best for everyone and would like to thank the company and the shareholders for this great opportunity," stated Rick Papaleo.

Mr. Papaleo will return to his consulting practice.

The company will name a management replacement next week and is moving the main office to Orlando and all the details will be filed with the state of Nevada and regulatory agencies.
