I agree and I sent an email to Jack at IR and I told him that I wanted some "specific" answers why the dilution is going on. I told him that this looks real similar to what Enron did. The ceo's and board members bailed with their money before shutting the company down. I told Jack that if he didn't give me very specific answers that satisfied my curiosity, my next phone call would be to the SEC. I agree that if we don't get some answers soon that we should get together to put a class action lawsuit against the company but someone will need to contact a lawyer in order to figure out what the charges will be in the law suit. I'm certainly up for that if they have scammed us. Oh, and I'm saving all of my emails from IR for evidence.
