Today the momentum (and ROC) is at the lowest point if the closing price is below 0.0015. If the closing price isn't 0.0015 today, tomorrow RSI(14) could have the lowest point, if there won't be news but I guess we'll see news tomorrow.

Since two months it is conspicous that at 14th there is the highest pps. At 15th the short trader has to report.

The news of SIVC seems to accomodate the behaviour of short traders to sell shorts up to three days behind a stronger increase by releasing news two days after the previous news.

I think everybody can interpret this as the intention to get a higher pps.
