Its close, but I don't see it there yet.

Both the RSI and MFI are still down trending, but are very close to reaching oversold levels, which is where I'd start looking for them to flatten and turn up.

I'm not saying you'd be wrong getting in around this level, as it would likely still pay off. I'm just saying that it doesn't really look like its turned yet, so I'd wait a little longer for the confirmation.
