Very good. There are plenty of ways to move forward. How they plan to finance their endeavor is also just as important. Who is providing that financing and what their history is imo is just as important. Carnes' history precedes himself and with enough research anyone can see how his dilutive power holds the company back from being able to move forward without having to restructure or give up.
