Good find. I think it's about time folks realize BB is young and he's using a shoe-string budget to tie all of this together. I know it's discouraging to see the stock price drop to the lowest of the lows -- but two things come to mind: (1) PHGI has yet to produce revenue from its first project; and, (2) as someone already stated, the purpose of a shell is either for growth or greed. From researching John's past achievements, I really don't think it's the latter. Otherwise, Global eTelecom would've been left high & dry when he left. I doubt BB wakes up in the morning and tells himself he doesn't care about the biodiesel plant, or the mine, or his partners, or his family. For those who do, I'd suspect they are the ones who are a little off the mark.
