In regards to the Hayter and Young connection, I do not really think much is there to imply Hayter is still involved. I have come to this conclusion because Mrs. Young is involved and the company is in her field of expertise. I find it hard to believe someone would jeopradize? his wifes professional reputation just to make a buck off the stock. Secondly the company has purchased actual "brick and mortar" businesses, which is not really the same MO for a scam (atleast from what I have seen).
If there is anything to worry about I would think it is the aggressive business plan and the potential for Young to over extend himself and get the company in trouble. IMO
