Hi CAPT, why should Wilf care? He will dump any shares he can now find.

My experience has that CEO slimeballs that trash their stock before a reverse split already have new postsplit shares in the bank. I'm sure the reverse split is already arranged where the DPBM management has a huge number of shares allocated to them.

Current shareholders bend over, but don't expect flowers and a phone call in the morning.
