Is it just me or would we probably sit on a dollar in share price right now if Caroni never freaked out all of a sudden? This is quiet bad luck from an investors point of view.
On the other side this stuff in the article and your DD on the court standings indeed show that Huppe was honest with his PR's lately and nobody of us can judge right now if they didn't have all of these signed contracts when they announced it last summer. They very well might have been there before this whole legal issue came up.
The only thing which is a mystery to me is the fact that Caroni and EFFC can't settle this with a good old fashioned contract where both parties make a good boatload of money because it's official now that this product is needed and demanded from the market. Life could be so easy for them (and us) if they just would have settled right away.....we are talking about big money here if this product can be sold to the entire world. The demand is there.
We all know this is Huppe's way out of a class action lawsuit for all of his promises last summer and fall. He is going to say at the time due to the "WORLDWIDE" agreement with BCS we had all of the contracts signed and was expecting revenues over $300MM per year but due to the BK and lawsuit....everything has changed.
EFFC is starting from Square ONE which reflects the .02 STOCK PRICE.
I think we're in for a VERY LONG LONG RIDE with EFFC.
