Correct...For the initial PRE SB2 to be in effect...they had to file a DEF SB2...which never was...

Cornell backed-out of the finance deal...so the SB2 went to the "circular file"...

you crack me up. I pointed that out a while ago that the SB2 filing cancelled because if it went through the A/S would have been lifted to 3 billion or something like that.

You were all over the SB2 filing but if you just read a few after that you would have noticed this.

The reason I sold was that I do not believe CYOS has a tie to Klean Industries. Maybe they will merge with someone else though.
