Sinful, you could be right, I admit. Not saying that isn't possible. How about a different scenario, seeing as how we don't know what is being said between the SEC and Globetel.....I gather (I think from posts here on this board) that one of the things the SEC is impatient about is the time it has taken GTEM to file these financials.
How about the SEC said to Globetel (paraphrasing here):
"Look, you corrected the 2005 financials and they are done. It was some time ago. We need to see the 2006/2007 financials out within X amount of time. If we don't, we are going to render your shares untradeable."
Then Globetel comes out with the most recent PR to prove their good intentions.
Since GTEM is not forthcoming on many details (probably at least in part because they can't LEGALLY)...anything is possible.
