However, the obvious answer to your ques about why would Addax want to get a rig to drill a target in Bl 4 in 2008 when they have contracted a rig for multiple wells to be drilled in 2009?

BECAUSE THE DATA ON THE TARGET IN BLOCK 4 SHOWS IT TO BE EXCEPTIONAL IN SIZE AND POTENTIAL!!!
