What was strange is someone calling for a gap to be filled lower than it was trading and then later it was said that it had to end up the day around .0004 in order for it to run in days ahead? What they were calling for on the board would later happen?

You - by yourself - could pull all of us out of this - just put a buy order in for 100,000,000 for .004 and wait until you no longer get filled. Then raise it to .005, then .006, and so on.

Please do that!
