-Ask is where you can buy stock from the MMs

-Bid is where the MMs are willing to buy your stock

-Your Offer (not Bid) is meaningless.

MMs are not required to even fill you at Ask or even above Ask. You are offering to buy 200,000 Playstation3s selling for .01 at .006.

Offer the Ask. You paid a lot more than that before. Today's trades;
