LP. the only thing makes me thinking - PAVC is once more not able to make a timely filling. This merger was in plan for almost 3 months and they know what they've to deliver.
The had so much work to do for maxing out the AS that they've forgotten to run normal business.
01/31/08 will not be the merger date. IMHO
I believe the merger will be done middle of March.
