Actually I believe everyone who has PM'd or posted a total on the board.. Who I don't believe is you, because your post is so full of inaccuracies that I can only surmise you are hoping to bash it lower with false statements like..

You know as well as I do, that IR has no control over the TA's gagged or ungagged status... They have NOTHING to do with share structure, but you know that... It's a bash.

And since we've had 2 recent updates to the outstanding shares that proved there was NO DILUTION and no new shares issued the whole month of November, last update was just 2 weeks ago, please tell us where the hundreds of millions of OS came from.
Can you tell us how many active SB2 filings or s8 filings are out there at this time? Can you tell us any other way an OTCBB company is allowed to "hundreds of millions of OS out there floating around"???
How do OTCBB companies raise the outstanding share count otherwise? Come on, tell us... we are waiting?
