In addition to the opening of the exchange and the announcement of new companies, PDR Exchange (Panama), Inc. has relocated their headquarters in Panama City to the Global Back Tower. The exchange will begin occupancy of the new office in January 2008, with a location on the same floor as Central America Bank and the Argentina embassy.
It looks like ole Mike and Harley are trying to hit the till with the people they mine into the fold as much as possible.
Note the information concerning one of the new "companies" which will be trading on the PDR exchange. Created in October, The Deposit Credit Corp is in the same virutal office location as PNMS. We see Mike and Harley are both involved in this brand new creation, just as they were the controlling parties of the PNMS Nevada Corp (all in the family, lol)
The address and phone number is the same address and phone number used for PNMS in Dallas. I can see what Mike is trying to do, but will people really fall for it all? Who is going to actually buy PDRs? I know some people are wanting to buy shares here so they can convert to PDRs and then sell the PDRs on the "exchange", thereby taking advantage of the arbitrage.
The question remains however, who is going to be the dummy who buys these PDRs from those trying to effectuate the arbitrage?
Officer and director information on this site is obtained from the most recent Public Information Report (PIR) processed by the Secretary of State (SOS). PIRs filed with annual franchise tax reports are forwarded to the SOS. After processing, the SOS sends the Comptroller an electronic copy of the information, which is displayed on this web site.
