You'll get your Certs. So far, Scottrade seems to have been pretty consistant about getting the Certs to those who have requested/demanded them.
That "4-6 weeks" you got at first is just the standard answer they give to allow for the longest it might take. Usually they make it to you much sooner than that from Scottrade.
The fact that they called you back should make you feel pretty good as it indicates they kept looking even after they hung up the phone, and followed through to make sure they got you taken care of, even it it is "only a pink sheet stock".
